Dr. Ellen M. Nelson is a Board Certified Orthodontist. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University prior to attending The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio for her Doctor of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Nelson was commissioned into the United States Air Force where she completed a General Practice Residency at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. Following a two-year tour at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Dr. Nelson received her Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch - Houston.
Dr. Nelson practices the full scope of Orthodontics with a clinical emphasis on early interceptive orthodontic treatment and orthognathic (jaw) surgery.
